Products
The carbon fiber composite coupling (CFC) is a specially designed flexible, ultra-high strength composite system used to permanently repair external defects associated with up to 80% general corrosion damage, blunt dents and potholes on pipelines and other piping systems without stopping flow or reducing pressure. The CFC repair kit is convenient for use on pipeline sections around bends, valves, and welds.
The mobility and compactness of the repair kit allows you to quickly and easily perform work without the use of bulky equipment.

Fiberglass composite coupling (FGCC) is a specially designed composite system made of pre-tensioned and cured unidirectional tape of high strength and high modulus fiberglass, adhesive and paste with high overlap shear strength. They are used for repair and restoration of carrying capacity of non-core damages (corrosion, mechanical damages, defects of ring welded joints, delaminations, delaminations with surface exposure, dents) of high pressure gas and oil product pipelines in field conditions, in open sections and underwater crossings without stopping the product pumping or pressure reduction.

Services
An independent system capable of withstanding prolonged internal stresses and external loads without support from the existing pipe. The sleeve coating is designed to retain all functionality of the existing pipe.

Thickness of hose coating depending on the diameter;
Tubes - 5.0...24.0 mm;
Maximum working pressure - up to 1.6 MPa;
Installation method - inversion;
Curing method - hot water and steam.
